Room13 - Mátis Zománc

My name is Veronika Mátis, and I am a jeweler offering an alternative to the mass-produced plastic jewelry and traditional folk handcrafted pieces available in stores. I hope that everyone can find jewelry in my collection that suits their style and taste for any occasion.

When creating jewelry, I find it important to use durable yet natural and noble materials. Alongside enamel, I work with glass and gemstone beads, and occasionally with wood or leather. The enamel elements of the jewelry are individually and handcrafted. The settings, chains, and clasps are made of nickel-free, hypoallergenic metal alloys in antique bronze and antique silver finishes. Some pieces are made from brass, which, thanks to a special surface treatment, does not stain the skin and is non-allergenic. Other pieces are made from silver-plated, gold-plated, or rhodium-plated brass, which are also hypoallergenic.
