Room13 - Handmade Notebooks

My name is Petra Czakó. As an artist, I aim to bring art closer to people through my unique, handmade notebooks. Each of my products is entirely handcrafted and unique, thanks to the techniques I employ. One of these techniques is cyanotype, an analog photographic process where sunlight colors the photosensitive paper a beautiful blue, capturing the silhouettes of plants. The other method I use is suminagashi, a Japanese paper marbling technique that creates exciting, wave-like patterns on the paper.
